My Top Advice to Clients

We all have different bodies and different needs, duh...

...but most of us have feet that work hard for us every day. Whether you spend a lot of time standing or sitting, your feet probably have something to say.

Feet are so strong and dense that oftentimes we don't even realize how much they're holding. The feet are the foundation of the body, so if the feet are tense, it effects the health of the whole system.

Energy channels that run through the feet connect all the way up to the head, assisting with headaches, digestion, circulation, fatigue, sleep, etc. The feet also have a strong energetic connection to the Earth, which provides us with grounding yin energy.

Attention on the feet is a great antidote to hours of screen time!

When I roll out my feet with this spiky ball, I can feel the tension releasing all the way up my legs, hips, stomach, and face. That's why I recommend rolling out the feet to so many people! While getting a foot massage is amazing, this little ball provides way more power to break down those tough feet.

Another extra tip: transition into sleep with a foot bath or heat on the feet to draw energy down and out of the head. Great for headaches as well.
